Friday 10th March

I have to say if I had tried this earlier this week then I wouldn't have been able to move for hours! Fortunately, a lot of the aches have now gone away. Except of course the sore throat that started it all!

I had a completely different SP in mind until I washed my hair... ah ha I thought!
