Easter Monday

I'm begginning to think that perhaps Easter has its fair share of over consumption. At least at Christmas time, there is time to pace oneself!....

Went for a long walk today, back to the woodlands visited a couple of weeks ago. I was trying to get some ground level photos, but couldn't get anything I was satisfied with. Looking upwards, saw this sight and thought... ah ha. I did try converting to mono, but the flash of blue is, I think important to the image.

I love the colors of the two lower shots. They are truly spring colors, even though you say you are now into summer. The jewel tones are wonderful. What did you overindulge?
