Broad-winged Tree Cricket

Oecanthus latipennis

Note the bright reddish orange on the head, the red extending onto the proximal portion of the antennae,
the dark broad stripe on the pronotum. That stripe separates it from the very similar looking Western Tree Cricket
--which would have blackish proximal antennae rather than red.
