I guess most people back in Australia will be thinking that this use of water must be illegal, what with years of water restrictions, but here in Seville it's a treat that's allowed. Our kids haven't experienced an Aussie summer with restictions but the Gifford kids, fresh of the boat, loved the luxury of having a play under the hose.
