A last view of this terrible place which is rapidly eroding/melting into the waters of the river Gambia. It is now only 1/6th the area it once was when used as a slave-holding facillity.
The bare Baobab trees are whitewashed with guano from roosting pelicans, cormorants and other waterbirds.
