On the morning of January 12, 2017 we're flying high above the wye at Walton, VA between Christiansburg and Radford. This is where the line to Bristol (left) and Bluefield (right) split going west from Roanoke. The N&W's BH Tower once stood in between the tracks at the east leg (bottom center of frame). There used to be two mainline tracks going around the wye in each direction.
