Hi, I live in Perth Western Australia and absolutely adore Bali. We were last there in July this year and again lunched at your wonderful restaurant. I also bought the book by Janet, Fragrant Rice a couple of years ago. Having eaten a dish called (I think), Sayur Hijau and loved it I was hoping to find the recipe in Fragrant Rice, but it is not there. I would love to be able to try cooking it myself here in Perth.
