Holy Maui Macro

Maui, Hawaii

So I took my macro lens to Maui (I take it everywhere) thinking that I could get some cool shots of some tropical bugs or what not... not the case, I saw very few insects, a few lizards, and a few HUGE toads (hardly needed a macro for these) but nothing that was really new and exciting. On the upside I also got no ticks wondering around in the jungle and I don't remember seeing of being bitten by a single mosquito. On the other hand, the Thai restaurant on Dairy road close to the airport was deadly -- stay away!!
