A band of gold....the dreams they hold!

Congratulations to Al and Pat!

My mums wedding ring, which I wear always..
I know the Crown, symbolises 'gold'..
the 22 is the 'carat' in gold,
the Anchor means it was made in 'Birmingham'..

The 'H.A'. and 'l' (lower case L) have me stumped...does anyone know??
