Fuscia Popcorn

Valencia, CA

Here's another view of the plant & bloom that I swear looked
just like rosemary, only the blooms were not purpod ... Does
anybody have any ideas on what this beauty is? I am clueless ~

(LOL, as if that is something new, eh? LOL)
