I was asked about one of my San Jose Mission shots & while I was in my
original pictures, I came across of one of the main reasons that on the
entire trip, the San Jose Mission was such a spiritual experience for me.

Picture this: it's a glorious Sunday morning & the sun is shining brightly.
You're coming up to a line of trees & as you begin to peer through them,
a brilliant, bright white, life-sized statue is just glowing at you...what
you see is the reverse side of this statue at a slight angle.

It was pretty profound for me. It's like I told David as we left, I may not
have been in a building that Sunday, but no one could say I hadn't been to church!
