The Whistlers Campground outside of Jasper was teeming with elk, including this fella and his harem that were milling about our campground loop off the main road. The bull got especially rowdy at night with his bugling. If you haven't heard an elk bugle before, you would probably be surprised at what it sounds like. More like a dying whale than a big badass bull elk trying to impress the ladies.
