The Berg Lake trail is one of the best I've been on. Not only was the trail in great shape, but 12 miles felt like nothing with so much variety, open views, and scenic attractions along the trail. This is just one of many spots that was a wonderful place to linger. From here we had only three miles left to the Berg Lake campground.
