There was some light pollution from nearby towns in the valleys, but it did not diminish the amazing starry nighty sky. Seeing the Milky Way above Tre Cime was the perfect way to cap off a super day!
I imagine that was some sight at the time. As all hikers know the vistas we see along the way are never really captured on photographs or video in the same way as they are with the naked eye. I look forward to following in some of your footsteps in July 2015 when I travel to Italy to see Venice, Florence , Rome and the Dolomites. Super photos by the way,
