Thought I'd put this one here too so you can see what I started with when I made the painting I posted yesterday. As you can see a year passed before I noticed this and realized it might make an interesting painting. As a photo I don't think it is great but I really like the feeling of mystery that this has when transmuted into an oil painting. I've found that my better photographs don't usually make good paintings and some of my lesser photos are great as grist for the painting mill.
