Burruss Hall, Virginia Tech University

A prayer for the victims of the nightmare that happened this morning at Virginia Tech University. I spent 37 years in academia and thank God never
experienced anything like this. What an unbelievable tragedy. I have no idea how the parents of the slain victims are going to cope with this.

I cannot begin to imagine how the families will come to terms with this stunning event, my heart aches for them. My thoughts and prayers are with all of those touched by this senseless tragedy.

I just heard about the news on this. Such a tragedy. I just don't understand it and will pray for all of those touched by it. It makes no sense!
