The Cape Teal is a 44-46 cm long dabbling duck of open wetlands in sub-Saharan Africa. This is a small duck with pale, mottled
gray feathers throughout its body and rose pink bill and reddish eyes.
If you get past the crud in the water, you might be able to see the duck. :-)
