Who cares if it's raining? Never mind stupid w*rm pills. I feel good today!
There's lots to smell and see. Lots new friends to meet. Things to be doing.
Poo to roll in, muddy places to jump in!

Dad, you're assuming logic works in pooch's realm. Pooch lives in a parallel universe where logic is relative. Water from rain doesn't affect them, but water from the bath drains them of all their energy. :-)
