16052006 a gap in the showers!

Today there was a break in the rain showers of recent days and we took advantage
and went out for a long walky! As you can see I got a muddy tummy from jumping through puddles.

Dad was annoyed with himself for forgetting to charge up the camera before
we set off. I am out of focus in this shot because he was holding the lead in one
hand and the camera in the other, and trying to focus manually to save battery power.

Is there anything better in life than a long walky after being cooped up indoors because of rain?!

LOL thanks for all the kind comments on this "accidental" shot - I will try to
misfocus more often in future! :-)

Cute shot of Pooch tip-toeing thru the dandelions. Great focus on this one dandelion.

Though Pooch is out of focus in this picture
but focusing in the fore ground is still pretty cool.
Having said that, you can still see Pooch's little smirky face! hehe. Cute!

The focus on the foreground is brilliant. Loads of depth this way.

Actually, I quite like the dandelions in the foreground... even the one little seedpod flying away.

The output looks good ... :)

I can still see the smile on your face, Pooch.

Tip-toeing through the dandelions!

If dad had not mentioned it I would have thought that mid focus was intentional. Home for a warm bath later, Pooch !
Herb 16-May-2006 22:18
It's ok the midrange is in focus :)
Gary Blanchette16-May-2006 21:45
Actually Dad created a neat effect with the focus being on the dandelions.

A long walky amongst the dandelions. You look quite happy.

You have muddy chops as well - how do you account for that? Good fun though! Chris
