Here's another photo from yesterday's walky at Fountains Abbey, friends! It was taken towards the end of the walk when I was
starting to get a bit tired. But as you can see I still had the energy left for one last sniff and check for pheasants!
Dad: according to the guidebook, the Abbot of Fountains once attended a banquet in York at which 200 pheasants were served.
I'm sure Pooch would have been keen to help catch them for the pot!
