17th August 2010

Dad: another shot from Sunday. The farmer who owns this field has harvested his barley but not his wheat. Perfect for providing a
vantage point for a mouse-spotting Pooch! (and yes, he did find a mouse but it ran away)

I will be away (work not holiday sadly) for the rest of this week, so there may be no more Pooch updates unless I can persuade the wife to post something. ;-)

Those stalks could play havoc with a height challenged undercarriage, but since Pooch is ten feet tall a mouse doesn't have a chance ;))
Hope work is not all work, Ev!!

Hooray for the mouse! It survived to see another day! :0)

A nice late summer scene, mown field and golden tones around. Have a safe trip! Take the camera!

Excellent shot, love the back lighting. It is a real bummer when works get in the way of life!

The stalks are so stiff, I hope Pooch had fun running through them.
