Peregrine Chick...Vesper (female)

After a "crash-n-burn" and having been given the OK to be returned to the "Wilds of Downtown Winnipeg" The female was released this morning from the nest box on the top of the Radisson Hotel.

Well there's a good size comparison! When you see them on the ledge it's so hard to know just how big they are. Vesper is huge!! So beautiful...

Love this picture. Chick does not look too pleased even tho it looks like Tracy is trying to tell her everything will be okay and do not fly away right away. Just the perfect picture.
