20120105 - Pooooooooooooh!

Bill's been threatening to bring his mouldy cheese in to work for me to photograph all week. Today he did - and it doesn't 'alf whiff!!

No flash for this pic, all natural sunlight for a change! Sunlight with the shadows filled by a big silver/gold reflector that Bill held in place for me :o)

NB. Forgot to ask what sort of cheese it is. Not that I'll be rushing out to buy some!

NB2. Tellingbone man came and re-connected me today - hurrah! Interweb is back :o) I think someone else must've had some work done over Chrimble and my wires got crossed in the process.

Canon EOS 5D ,Canon EF 100mm f/2.8 Macro USM
1/200s f/4.0 at 100.0mm iso200 full exif

other sizes: small medium large original auto

It's a Blacksticks Blue and is very yummy, though it does wiff a bit!

Looks like a yummy cheese!
The stinkier a cheese is, the better! :)

Eewww surely thats not for eating! It must be at least 100 and looks like its been in a few puddles. Give we a strong cheddar anytime.

Walter Otto Koenig05-Jan-2012 20:43
Whoa, looks nice, but I can almost smell it from here.
Colin Storey05-Jan-2012 20:43
Very good with the natural light and reflector. It does look as though it would be very smelly.
Faye White05-Jan-2012 20:09
The details are oh-so-fab, but I'm glad I'm not within smelling distance. ;O)
Johnny JAG05-Jan-2012 19:49
