Mark adjacent parts for ease of reassembly later.
Remove the forward focus tube to reveal the floating element body.
This assembly has three concentric tubes that allow inner elements to move as the lens is focused.
The rectangular reinforcing bars do not have to be removed.
To service the iris the forward trim ring must be removed as well as the screws within the slots.
See the 35-105 disassembly gallery as a reference as I did not take apart this lens any further.
