This is from a Quantaray (Sigma) 28-90mm D zoom lens.
This flexible circuit board wraps around the center of the lens.
Distance encoding is on the left with zoom (Focal Length) encoding on the right.
The contact strips are shorted by a metal wiper that is mounted to the zoom and focus rings.
