Yes, it's 14 pin.
Don't see a 14 pin connector in the HiRose catalog.
I have my suspicions as to what these do.
Note 12 pairs of decoupling caps (used for signals) Two conductors for power.
All pins are enabled, ie., they are connected to something and have a purpose.
