QUEEN BUTTERFLY ON GREGG'S MISTFLOWER

It has been hard for me to begin again....but today, while forcing myself
to do one of my least favorite gardening tasks...deadheading...this little
beauty cooperated and stayed still. I started my first year with a butterfly,
so here is another start. Thanks everyone!

Wonderful shot. I like the one in front of the gazing ball, too. It takes such a steady hand to get this and obviously, you have one.

Sue's dad here. The rain on the mimosa was from a very brief shower; we are in moderate drought in north central Arkansas. I like your Queen (I'm an entomologist) and the echinacea in the background (looks like our herb garden). Some fill light on the butterfly may have helped to highlight the beauty.
