This guy was on my kitchen screen this morning.
I tried to get him without so much background,
but finally gave up and figured the reflection
of tree and sky enhanced the photo...well, not
really, but it was a good way to give up!
I don't have any phobias, but this guy scared me a bit.

This is a male fisher spider in the genus Dolomedes. Scary, but harmless to humans.

Watch out for recluse spiders, there bite is quiet painful.

I do like this, petesie. My own thought would be that the screen would be a distraction, but it really enhances the photo enormously. Yep, scary spider. Never counted his legs yet.

OMG, I think I would've ran out of my kitchen crying and screaming if I saw that thing. I definitely have a bad case of arachnophobia. Yikes!
