The stadium for the 1976 Montreal Olympic Game.
Designed by Roger Taillibert with a retractable roof and the hugh 175m tall tower, its construction was plagued by delays and cost overrun, eventually topping C$1.47B by 2006, including repairs & interest.
The flags represent nations that won gold metals during the 1976 game.
