Completed in 1931, the George Washington Bridge has a span of 1067 m over the Hudson River. It was the longest suspension bridge in the world until the opening of the Golden Gate Bridge. It has 14 traffic lanes, giving it the greatest vehicular capacity of any bridge in the world.
On the bottom right is the Little Red Lighthouse.
