Located next to Namba Station (難波駅) in southern Osaka, this complex consists of a high rise office, an upscale shopping mall, and a rooftop garden. It is designed by California based architect Jon Jerde, who also designed the Horton Plaza in San Diego and the Langham Place Mall in Kowloon.
