hmmm... OK so the Red phase is your neutral. No wait, it's also your ground. Well, acutally Red and Blue are interchangeable.
oh,if you have an extra hot leg, it's OK to leave it laying near open water, after all and the 2nd red phase is optional of course
And PLEASE! for safety's sake, don't forget that Red/Orange is your Ground! (except when it's also Red/Blue and Black hots)
