41 Sandal wood: for pain in neck, shoulder, muscles, rheumatism, knees and other pains in body. Use one big spoon of sandal oiland one big spoon of eucalyptus oil and rub painful area for 5 minutes 42 musk:for headaches: 3 drops on forehead, rub in very well; for migraine: 4 drops at back of head, rub for 2 minutes 43 royal amber: against stress, insomnia, lowering high blood pressure; just some drops on balm of your hand, inhslowly and deeply 46: Lavander: for relaxation, insomnia; use oil burner or put directly on the skin.
