This is a very messy pic and I'll do something about it soon. The barrel is on the left, and one can see the alligator clips for the switch. The foil gives good fill light under the pellet, but I'll make something more aesthetic soon. I'm thinking of an oatmeal container split open to form a trough and lined with foil. It may even tend to focus the fill light too.
The Honeywell is in back looking down at the action. The other tripod held the Nikon 995. The aluminum cable release bracket was built some time ago. Notice the zig-zag in the cable? It took a direct shot to the belly and it's wound is fatal. So much work went into it too. I'll hang it up for memories. I tend to keep my mistakes around so that I don't forget them. Every mistake is a great learning experience!
