The car Candelaria and Herman Zapp, the famous Argentinian travellers, drove to travel from Buenos Aires to Alaska and back.

My father owned and drove a 1928 Graham Paige in Brisbane, Australia. I was born in 1931 and it was sold by my mother on his death in 1938. I remember it well. It was a soft top convertible, color brown, with a black canvas roof top. It had disc wheels. I remember at the time that it was said that only American built cars were suitable for Australian conditions as they were high enough to be driven over our rough roads.
