The Beaconsfield (1909)

884 Bute Street, West End, Vancouver

"A handsome block of flats, this was one of the first apartment buildings to be erected in the West End.
The building's notable features include two cavernous bays filled with wooden balconies with art nouveau balcony kingposts,
and a Palladian window in the recessed entrance court."

From "Exploring Vancouver. The essential architectural guide" by Harold Kalman, Ron Phillips and Robin Ward
