Steve, I left it sort of raw to keep it obvious but I simply overlapped many images in photoshop on a much larger canvas. Since I shot with too wide of a lens in a landscape orientation, I had to bend upward to keep with the warping of the fisheye lens. I then used masking to either fade from one image to the other or I selectively erased around landmarks.
