I totally had 1 of these swivel bikes back in the 80's mine was bright yellow. It had the banana seat and a slick tyep tire on the back. I had always referred to it as a clown bike. The one your showing is the only other 1 I ever seen in my life and mine was in Michigan. I wouldn't be riding it but I sure wish I still owned it. Barry
