Grainding

On the country side at Poyakarripatti village next to a vast tank, this lady from the Ambalam-cast was grainding the 5 hour trempted rice with white dahl and water and then adding some salt, fermenting one night for making dosai, idly, one of my favorite dishes at breakfast.

Notice her yellow-orange thalli or robe to indicate she is a married lady.
