evening stroll - brent

Although the image is still flipped - I took Art's suggestions to make it more realistic (cropped the top where the stumps were and darkened the bottom).

I liked the silohettes of the people which showed up in the reflection, but not in "real life" - the leading figure is actually a husband & wife!

I like your choice of framing on this. You went with half trees and full reflections instead of the other way around. I also like the people on the trail, it adds another dimension and sereneness to the image.

I agree - great photo, Brent.

Suddenly I had the feeling to be seeing the roots of these trees, deeply immersed in a transparent ground. The feeling of being watching something of very important. Great photo, Brent. endika

I love that too Brent. That is just so cool. You can tell it is the reflection of the trees, you just have to look and see its twin in the reflection but then...there are those people and you wonder. Great shot Brent!

Nice idea to flip this one, as Art said, the water and reflections are so still its not obvious.

Was wondering why the pond was so much brighter than the sky it was reflecting :o
then saw the stumps and stuff in the 'sky' great shot, even w/o standing on my head :)
