This one sneaked up on me Charlie. Did you swap them? Stunning, and rather disturbing,
Bruce

This is sure a great shot Charlie. You sure have nailed this comp with a number of outstanding entries. The drabness of this shot (which seemingly defines normal) is only offset by the only real color - the main character's red hat (who seems a bit mentally off balance - if you don't mind the stereotype). He seems a bit unwilling to take that step towards where everyone else is going. Love this shot. brent

Thanks for the comments everyone. While I really like this pic I do wish I had gotten a sharp version or 3 of this guy. What a character...... I was deep into my challenge mode.

Thanks Brent.

Actually I framed these bigger than normal due to me being a dumb ass and lazy for not fixing it. I started these to be used for a blog and I also hate the gray background we have here. Blah Blah Blah.....

needs a bigger frame! anonymous :-)
Guest 27-Nov-2007 23:51
It may be blurred but there is lots of detail to look at, an image of contradictions, I keep finding more everytime I look. Wonderful.

Another classic Charlie!

nice capture. the soft patterns work well.
Richdow AKA Catman 27-Nov-2007 02:45
I quite like this too, it is amazing how the soft focus creates a sense of mystery that leaves you searching for more detail.

Charlie,

the perspective pulls me into the picture, the colors and the focus make me think & feel. Good one.
Claus.

Maybe the best of the bunch so far for me. Excellent Charlie, with a lovely perspective..

Dreamlike You can see everything, but the details elude.
Guest 25-Nov-2007 22:18
Fascinating! This is mysterious, and the composition really works to draw us into that long but hazy hallway.

Wow Charlie, this one makes me wish I were you. ;o) That is really really nice. You made good use of color selection, and compostition is great. I love it Charlie.
Guest 25-Nov-2007 14:24
I'm crazy about this one....so many things work in it. Just love those touches of red.
Miroslav Kral 25-Nov-2007 11:29
I like the composition and picture is on theme strictly. Just maybe (IMO) crop the red thing behind the man.
