Thanks all. Brad, it's true that there's a fair amount of PP in this shot but I would say that about 70% of the time and effort spent doing this type of image is in the planning and set up of the different shots needed. Provided the planning & set-up are right then PP is more or less straightforward.

Agree.
The title must be "storm in a bottle". If we leave History in your hands, America would have been discovered by... John Smith? Not by Cristopher Columbus in any case!!!
