I like this: abstract, yet I can still (just) see what it is.

Thanks everyone. Just to clarify Colin, no IS used here.

Walking home after a few too many...
I think the IS does something to help keep the effect linear, must go out and try a few like this for fun
Anyway, the effect is very impressionist, a real swirl of movement

A really effective abstract ... it's like the entrance to another universe. Beam me up ... or over ... or something!

I like this one, a bit of a trippy walk through the woods. Very inventive Bruce. Alistair

Replaced it with tweaked one from Raw to bring up the colours a little.

Thanks guys. I should have tried one with IS turned on to see what happens! I've seen others do vertical blurred pans on trees and liked the abstraction, but the 7mm adds further weirdness : ) It was a grey, drizzly day. This makes it seem another place.

Rule of thumb: Don't use your camera during hiccoughs, except for the special effects. :-)
I like this abstract with recognizable objects.

I think your IS might be acting up just a bit!
Great effect though :-)
