Having worked for many years with ophthalmologists, I thought of first of them when I saw the thumbnail. You have only to look in these upturned eyes to see that they are the eyes of the future. The combination of fine detail, like the lacrimal duct and delicatly colored stroma of the iris, along with the angle and composition, is exquisite. Too many photos of eyes choose one over the other, which is a shame.

What wouldn't one do for the owner of those eyes? It's indeed an outstanding photo.
