Nikon 1 V3 with PZ-130 mounted

V3 without the grip, but with the PZ-130 mounted on my tripod
The combination feels very securely mounted. I have placed the PZ-130 plate so the anti-twist flange is in front of the camera, and with the ¼” screw in the middle slot to position the plate at the optical centre. There is just enough space for the anti-twist flange below the V3’s protruding lens mount flange. Even though the plate doesn’t extend beyond the monitor at the back of the camera, it will interfere with the vari-angle monitor, when it’s folded downwards as shown in this picture.
