Between Acts

I recently attended a celebration dinner at one of those Japanese restaurants where the food is prepared right at your table. The cooks there are part master chef and part performer. When the show is over and the dishes cleared he cleans the grill and prepares for the next dinner performance. Street photography, 2017.
