Woke up at lunchtime,
after nightshift.
It seemed to be a beautiful day.
My only peaceful moment of the day.
Then I was busy.
The Green Goddess had sprung a leak.
There was green fluid dribbling out.
So the afternoon was spent sorting that,
making sure that passers by weren't sprayed
whenever I touched the brake.
Now we are both cleaned up.
And I'm in a rush.
Quick bite of dinner,
bath,
and I've left for the Ivory Tower,
er five minutes ago.
