21st February 2005, chasing clouds

I just got up to the stones to catch the last bit of pinky cloud.
The last rays of the sun shining on the top.
I took a few cloud pictures from my window earlier,
while waiting for mrs N to come back from the shops,
then I nipped out and was followed by a police car.
I'm a law abiding citizen of course, and everything is in order,
but I couldn't be bothered having him inspect the Green Goddess,
as the clouds disappeared. And he looked a bit mean.
So I gave him the slip and came home.
By the time I got to the stones,
the lovely big pink towering clouds had vanished.
I had help tittivating my other cloud pics,
from a friendly guru,
http://www.pbase.com/adalberto_tiburzi
That's another tittivating button I know how to work.
Now it's getting late,
and Mrs N appears to be pulling the plug,
so bueno notte a tutti.

I like the snow & the clouds as one tone, except for the touch of pink. Beautiful.

Maybe try to run to the hills next time.
It saves miles so the GG will last even longer ;) and it's good for you...
...and you'll have a good reason to offer yourself a Guiness at your local pub on the way back !

The pink in the distance suggest that there's a hope, after all... :-)

Is mini-henge a euphemism for something - that's a new one for me! Lovely picture Northy - that bit of pink cloud just adds the finishing touch.
