The rain turned to snow overnight.
I was up at 0730 to help Conor on his paper round,
so I managed to catch the sunrise.
We nipped home via Thainstone House to catch a snowy pic or two,
then home for pancakes and frothy coffee for breakfast.

We took a drive over to Craigievar Castle this afternoon.
The car wouldn't make it up the hill though,
a single track which was very slippy,
which meant a two mile walk, but it was worth it.
And it started to snow not long after.
The castle is haunted (of course)
so it was quite spooky in the snowstorm
with the wind howling through the trees.
