19th December, tranquility

Had a bit of a fright last night,
Aiden took an asthma attack in the night,
I was away on night shift.
the ambulance came out and they managed to stabilise him with oxygen and a nebuliser.
He seems non the worse now and back to his bouncy self.
Well, it just makes you appreciate what you have and sometimes take for granted...

When I look at this tree and how it is shaped, it makes me think I am in Africa. The sunset only further emphasises that feeling of being somewhere, exotic.

I'm perusing the popular photos and I see this.. It's the tree from yesterday.. isn't it? You love this tree.. I would to.. i do too, but I wish it was near me instead. I can be quite selfish that way. Vote

I thought that too, Ray. I can almost hear the roar of the lions and the sound of the wildebeeste herd. Excellent shot, Northy!

Having been in the same place as Aidan on more than one occassion I know how bad he must have felt. The ambulance folks do a great job, but I hate their ride :>(

The way the tree comes out of the corner and fills the frame is quite nice.
